On July 6th at 4 pm Professor. Dr. Robbert Dijkgraaf, President of the KNAW, University Professor, as well as former Rietveld student will officially open the exhibition.
Over 200 students from the departments Architectural Design, Fine Arts, VAV, Fashion, Textile, Ceramics, designLAB, Image&Language, Jewellery, Dogtime, Graphic Design and Photography will present their works to the public.

On Saturday July 9th the winners of the GRA Awards will be made public. An external jury will announce which students are the most remarkable ones of 2011.

You know about Banksy, I am sure.
And I know you must be at least a bit influenced by those images and copies of them all over the world. Have you ever tried to understand what he is talking about? I mean, he is an “lazy artist”, “conceptual action man”… But, what does he try to conceive with all that? Go on and read his cuttings, for example, to learn what people think of him.
